Whether you’re insuring a single artwork, managing an estate, or seeking clarity on a growing collection, Aubie Fine Art Appraisals offers a transparent, research-based process designed to give you confidence at every step.

How It Works

01

Request a Preliminary Estimate

Begin by sharing photos, descriptions, or any documentation you have about your artwork or collection. This helps determine the scope of work required and ensures you receive an accurate estimate before booking an appraisal.

03

Research & Valuation

Every appraisal is prepared using professional methodology, market analysis, and ethical standards. This phase may will involve: artist research, provenance review, market trend analysis, and more.

02

Schedule an Artwork Review

Once the estimate is approved, we’ll arrange a time to meet in person—either in your home, at your organization, or at an agreed-upon location.

04

Receive an Appraisal Report

You will receive a professionally prepared appraisal report that may be used for your needs, whether that be insurance, estate planning and probate, equitable distribution, donation or resale.

Pricing Overview

Each piece of art is unique, and so is every appraisal.

Because of this, we operate on an hourly rate of $125 per hour. If you reach out to us, we can get together to create an estimate based on the time it will take to complete the report.

Please know that all projects require a 50% deposit based on the estimate before the formal appraisal process can begin.
